Cara Boss , PTA
Cara Boss has been a physical therapist assistant for six years. She is a 2013 graduate of Owens Community College in Perrysburg, OH. Following graduation, she began her career at Henry County Hospital in Napoleon, OH where she worked until moving to Colorado in 2017 with her husband, Michael. In Colorado, Cara worked as a home health therapist. She returned to Ohio in 2019 and began work with Physio Balance and Sports Performance.
Cara has taken many educational courses in her six years as a PTA including, kinesiology taping, aquatic therapy, and DNS Exercises I. She has become certified in areas such as FAT (fascial abrasion technique) tool and cupping. Recently, Cara began using the Neubie in therapeutic treatments.
Cara has always had a passion for fitness, that started as a freshman in high school when she would lift with her father in their basement gym. In 2018, Cara took her passion for lifting to the next level and competed in her first meet. At that meet, she broke four United States Powerlifting Association records for the state of Ohio and continues to hold them in squat, bench, deadlift, and total. She trains at Unrivaled Strength in North Canton and hopes to chase her dreams of being a world record holder.
